Oftentimes, the number one obstacle to getting things done is a lack of information.

If you have home projects on your mind but you don’t know how to prioritize them or how much to budget, it can get in the way of getting things done. I am always happy to share information with you. What do buyers want? What are they willing to pay extra for? More importantly: What aren’t they willing to pay extra for. Unless your move is imminent, you should make improvements that will make you happy and your home more beautiful, functional and welcoming. That said, it certainly does not hurt to keep the long term in mind as you go about it.
